Nargis Fakhri Shares Photo with Jacqueline and Sonam Amid Sister's Legal Troubles

Mumbai, Dec 4 (NationPress) In light of the recent news surrounding her sister Aliya Fakhri’s detention in a double murder case in the United States, actress Nargis Fakhri has posted her first image featuring Housefull 5 co-stars Sonam Bajwa and Jacqueline Fernandez.
Nargis took to her Instagram stories to share a photo with Sonam and Jacqueline, captioning it: “We are coming for you”.
On December 3, reports emerged about the ‘Rockstar’ actress Nargis’ sister Aliya Fakhri’s arrest in connection with the murder of her former boyfriend, Edward Jacobs, aged 35, and his friend, Anastasia Ettienne, according to media sources.
According to the Queens District Attorney of New York, Aliya, 43, arrived at the garage at 6:20 AM where Jacobs and Ettienne were sleeping. She allegedly shouted, “You’re all going to die today,” before igniting a fire in the two-story garage.
Reports indicate that Ettienne, alerted by the flames, rushed downstairs to investigate before returning upstairs to awaken Jacobs. Unfortunately, the fire engulfed the building, and the two were unable to escape, succumbing to smoke inhalation and thermal injuries.
Media reports revealed that Jacobs had ended his relationship with Aliya about a year prior, yet she persistently sought to reconnect. The New York Post cited Jacobs' mother stating, “Like any other person that is being rejected, he was letting her know like ‘I’m done with you.”
However, the actress' mother refuted these allegations, asserting, “I don’t think she would be killing someone. She was a person who was caring for everybody. She tried to help everybody,” according to various news outlets.
On the note of Housefull 5, the film features an impressive cast including Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, and Fardeen Khan. Directed by Tarun Mansukhani and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Housefull 5 is scheduled to hit theaters on June 6, 2025.
