Chennai, Mar 24 (NationPress) In exciting news for dedicated cinema enthusiasts, the creators of the Malayalam cult classic ‘Bramayugam’ have officially commenced production on their upcoming horror film featuring Pranav Mohanlal, the offspring of superstar Mohanlal, in the principal role.
All Night Shifts and Y Not Studios, the companies responsible for producing ‘Bramayugam’, which starred Mammootty, are now behind this untitled project.
Currently referred to as #NSS2, the film is helmed by Rahul Sadasivan, the director of ‘Bramayugam’, and began filming on Monday.

Insiders close to the film’s crew have revealed that the shooting will take place in Vadakara, located in Calicut. The team plans to finalize the entire filming process within a tight schedule of just 40 days.
Shehnad Jalal, who received significant acclaim for his work in ‘Bramayugam’, will serve as the cinematographer for this new film. The art direction will be managed by Jothish Shankar, who also worked on ‘Bramayugam’, while editing will be handled by Shafique Mohammed Ali, the editor of ‘Bramayugam’.
Director Rahul Sadasivan's ‘Bramayugam’ was celebrated as a superhit, critically acclaimed period horror film set in Kerala's dark past.
