Chennai, June 2 (NationPress) The filming of director Bharat Krishnamachari's much-anticipated pan-Indian historical film, 'Swayambhu', starring Nikhil Siddhartha, Samyuktha, and Nabha Natesh, is nearing its final stages.
Insiders from the film's crew revealed to IANS that the project has progressed remarkably well, with only a few days of shooting remaining to complete the film.
"Just one or two more days of filming is needed. The outcome looks fantastic. Currently, post-production is underway at a rapid pace," the insider shared with IANS.
The source further mentioned that the producers aim to release the film in the latter half of this year.
Recently, to celebrate Nikhil's birthday, the filmmakers unveiled a new poster.
This grand historical action epic has generated substantial excitement among fans, film enthusiasts, and industry experts alike.
Nikhil will portray a legendary warrior in a unique characterization in this film, produced by Bhuvan and Sreekar under the Pixel Studios banner, with Tagore Madhu as the presenter.
The newly released poster features Nikhil and Samyuktha in the midst of a fierce battle, where Nikhil brandishes a sword, while Samyuktha stands beside him with a bow and arrow. Notably, a 'Sengol' is depicted in the background.
For those unfamiliar, the 'Sengol' symbolizes power and righteousness. It is believed that Lord Rama received the Sengol as an emblem of just governance, exemplifying ethical leadership.
Recently, Prime Minister Narendra Modi installed the Sengol near the Speaker's seat in the new Parliament building, honoring India’s rich heritage.
