Mumbai, April 8 (NationPress) Actress Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia has stepped up her dedication to fitness by resuming her intense workout regime with a renewed commitment that she initially embraced while preparing for the reality competition show. She revealed that her goal for this year is to achieve a 100 kg deadlift and perform body weight squats.
Nimrit is returning to the rigorous training she engaged in during and before the filming of “Khatron Ke Khiladi”, incorporating elements like kickboxing, agility drills, strength training, and an intermediate level of MMA.
Discussing her mindset for the year ahead, Nimrit states, "Fitness has always been about pushing my limits. Khatron Ke Khiladi motivated me to surpass my own boundaries, and I aim to maintain that momentum moving forward."
The actress anticipates raising her standards in 2025 by tackling new fitness challenges.
