Mumbai, Aug 30 (NationPress) Bhojpuri actor and politician Pawan Singh has once again captured public attention after his wife, Jyoti Singh, shared a heartfelt message on social media, revealing years of emotional turmoil and neglect.
Jyoti claimed that her numerous attempts to connect with Pawan over the past few months have been futile.
"I have been trying to discuss some family and political matters with you for several months, but neither you nor your associates seem to consider it necessary to respond to my calls and messages. I even traveled to Lucknow to meet you during Chhath when you visited Dehri; I thought it would be a good opportunity to connect, but you declined to meet, citing orders from your superior to convene in Lucknow instead. Two months back, my father also attempted to meet you, but it yielded no positive outcomes."
In a distressing turn, she threatened to self-immolate, stating: “What serious crime have I committed to deserve this treatment? Today, my parents' names have been tarnished. If I am unworthy of your attention, you could have simply walked away. There was no need to give me false hope during the Lok Sabha elections. Now, I feel compelled to take drastic measures, but I can't even do that due to the inevitable questions it would raise about me and my family.”
Jyoti pleaded with Pawan to at least acknowledge her, even just as a human being. “I am part of your family — yet it deeply pains me when you embrace those who once disparaged you, while my own family ignores my pleas,” she expressed.
“So this is my last appeal to you after 7 years of struggle. I have started to despise my life. Please come and speak with me, respond to my calls and messages, and try to understand my suffering for once,” Jyoti concluded.
Pawan has yet to respond to Jyoti's poignant post.
