Preity Zinta Posts Adorable Photos of Son Jai Cooking Roti with Grandmother

Mumbai, Dec 8 (NationPress) Actress Preity Zinta, celebrated for her performances in ‘Dil Chahta Hai’, ‘Kal Ho Naa Ho’, ‘Jhoom Barabar Jhoom’, among others, recently shared a delightful post showcasing her son Jai preparing Indian flatbread, ‘Roti’.
On Sunday, the actress took to her Instagram to upload three snapshots of Jai making rotis alongside his grandmother.
In her caption, she expressed, “The best things in life are free. Like the joy of eating this Roti made by nani ma and our youngest chef Jai. Happy Sunday everyone”.
Jai, the son of the actress and her husband Gene Goodenough, was welcomed into the world in 2021 through surrogacy. The couple also has a daughter named Gia.
Previously, the actress participated in the IPL auctions. After taking a break from social media, she reached out to her Instagram followers for player recommendations for her IPL team. During that time, she shared a video from her hotel room balcony, showcasing the beautiful skyline of Jeddah.
In her caption, she wrote, “Done with my digital detox! Landed in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for the IPL Auction. Watch this space for some amazing new announcements folks. Till then all recommendations for our new team are welcome. Bring it on #Ting #IPLAuction2025 #Saddasquad @punjabkingsipl”.
Moreover, the actress praised parents in a social media post for their sacrifices and hard work. She posted a picture holding the hands of both her children, accompanied by a heartfelt note.
She shared, “The last two weeks have been particularly difficult as Gene was travelling for work & I was holding fort doing mama duties which include – waking up the kids, getting them ready for school, packing their lunch box, dropping & picking them up from school, dinner & finally putting them to bed”.
On the professional front, the actress is set to appear in ‘Lahore 1947’, a period drama directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and produced by Aamir Khan.
