Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has purchased a 2,134 sq. ft. land parcel in Ayodhya, valued at ₹3.31 crore, as he prepares for the release of his much-anticipated mythological epic 'Ramayana'. The property is part of The Sarayu, a premium plotted development on the banks of the river Sarayu, developed by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL).

The Sarayu is a 75-acre plotted development featuring more than 35 curated lifestyle amenities and a 5-acre fully vegetarian luxury hotel. The project is positioned near key spiritual landmarks in Ayodhya and promises clear land titles alongside world-class infrastructure. Kapoor's acquisition was completed through HoABL's fully digital purchase process.
