Ranbir Kapoor Stuns on the Red Carpet Alongside Olivia Wilde at the Red Sea Film Festival

Mumbai, December 9 (NationPress) Actor Ranbir Kapoor, known for his role in 'Animal', made a striking entrance at the Red Sea Film Festival in Jeddah.
Numerous clips have circulated on social media showcasing Ranbir's arrival at the event, where he posed for the waiting photographers. Another video captures the moment he greeted actress and director Olivia Wilde, sharing handshakes before striking poses for the cameras.
Ranbir Kapoor opted for a traditional Indian red bandgaala jacket paired with black trousers, while Olivia dazzled in an elegant white gown.
Just a few days prior, Ranbir attended the Indian International Film Festival in Goa, where he shared captivating anecdotes and personal memories about his grandfather, Raj Kapoor. This year's IFFI celebrated the centenary of Raj Kapoor’s legacy in 2024.
On the professional front, Ranbir is currently engaged in the creation of ‘Ramayan’, a project directed by Nitish Tiwari of ‘Dangal’ acclaim. In this film, Ranbir portrays Ram, while Sai Pallavi and Yash take on the roles of Sita and Ravana, respectively. Lara Dutta will play Kaikeyi, and Sunny Deol is set to appear as Hanuman. Reports indicate that the film will be released in two segments.
The first installment is slated for release during Diwali 2025, followed by the second part in 2026.
Discussing his film Ramayan with deadline.com, Ranbir remarked, “I am currently working on a film called Ramayan, which is India’s greatest story. It’s produced by Namit Malhotra... It features artists, creators, and crew members from across the globe. It is made in two parts. It narrates the tale of Lord Ram and Ravana, and it’s India’s greatest story.”
He added, “To convey this story to the new generation using the advanced technology available today is an incredibly exciting and fulfilling opportunity for me as an actor, especially to embody the character of Lord Ram.”
