Mumbai, Oct 4 (NationPress) Rashami Desai has shared insights into her ongoing journey towards fitness and self-healing, revealing that she has lost 9 kgs and continues to face various health challenges. The well-known television actress mentioned that she is learning to embrace the philosophy of taking “one step at a time” and concentrating on making the right choices.
Rashami took to Instagram, sharing a series of photos showcasing her yoga practice.
In her caption, the actress opened up about her personal struggles and her fitness journey.
“Sharing this was simply a genuine intention because the journey has been challenging. While I haven’t reached my destination yet, I feel confident that I can achieve it. I used to lack faith in myself. I’m down 9 KGs and dealing with various health issues (sic).”
