Chennai, Feb 7 (NationPress) Actor Kamal Haasan's production company, Raaj Kamal Films International (RKFI), has extended its gratitude to the audience and the team behind its hit film Amaran, which achieved an impressive 100-day run in cinemas on Friday.

The film, which debuted on October 31 of the previous year, was a box office sensation, earning over Rs 325 crores globally. It chronicles the life of Major Mukund Varadarajan, who sacrificed his life while combating militants in Jammu and Kashmir.

Furthermore, the film's director, Rajkumar Periasamy, shared his joy in narrating not just one, but two heroic stories in Amaran. He highlighted the character of Sepoy Vikram, a companion of Major Mukund Varadarajan in the Cheetah company of the 44th Rashtriya Rifles of the Indian Army.
