Mumbai, Sep 21 (NationPress) Actress Sahher Bambba, known for her role as Karishma Talwar in the recently launched streaming series ‘The Ba*ds of Bollywood’, has recounted her experience collaborating with Aryan Khan, the son of Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan.
In an interview with IANS prior to the show's debut, she expressed high praise for Aryan, describing him as a demanding yet effective director.
She remarked, “I believe he is quite a tough taskmaster, but in the most positive sense. He pushed all of us to extend our limits, to go beyond the written script. At the same time, he possessed a clear vision, knowing precisely what he wanted with impeccable attention to detail.”
She added, “He was fully engaged and present on set. Honestly, it felt like I was working alongside someone with years of experience. Besides that, he was incredibly supportive with a calm demeanor. No situation seemed to rattle him, regardless of how chaotic things might get.”
“I had a fantastic time working with him. There was so much to learn, and he was exceptionally considerate and sensitive. I recall that even after wrapping up, he would reach out to ask for my thoughts on the scene and whether I was satisfied with it. He would even remind me to message him once I reached home. It’s these little gestures that reveal his character as a director—after all, who usually cares after a shoot? But he truly is an extraordinary person,” she concluded.
‘The Ba*ds of Bollywood’ is currently available for streaming on Netflix.
