Mumbai, October 25 (NationPress) Actor Rajesh Kumar, famously known for portraying Rosesh Sarabhai in the beloved series "Sarabhai vs Sarabhai", has expressed heartfelt sorrow over the untimely passing of his dear co-star Satish Shah. He conveyed that it feels akin to losing a father.
In a poignant post on his Instagram, Rajesh stated, "This is the most challenging moment for me… I am yet to come to terms with the fact that Satish ji is no longer with us… all I can articulate is that it feels like I have lost my father…(sic)"
"A vibrant soul filled with life and humor. He challenged norms and made an indelible mark as an actor… this is an immense loss for both the industry and us (the Sarabhai family). Let us pray for his soul and remember him in our thoughts," he further shared.
JD Majethia, the producer of "Sarabhai vs Sarabhai", also expressed his sorrow, stating, "It breaks my heart to announce this (broken heart) Satish Shah is no more. The family will provide details regarding the cremation by this evening."
The last rites for Satish Shah are scheduled to take place at Pawan Hans Cremation Ground, S.V. Road, Vile Parle (W), Mumbai, at 12 p.m. on October 26.

Earlier, PD Hinduja Hospital & Medical Research Centre issued a statement confirming Satish Shah's passing, stating, "We are profoundly saddened by the loss of veteran actor Mr. Satish Shah."
They elaborated, "Earlier today, the hospital received an emergency call concerning Mr. Shah's health. An ambulance with a medical team was dispatched to his residence, where he was found unresponsive. CPR was initiated in the ambulance and continued upon arrival at P.D. Hinduja Hospital & Medical Research Centre. Despite our medical team's best efforts, Mr. Shah could not be revived."
