Mumbai, April 9 (NationPress) As he prepares to make his comeback to the small screen after an eight-year hiatus, actor Sharad Kelkar is excited and mentioned that the show ‘Tum Se Tum Tak’ delves into the theme of love in a manner that is rarely portrayed on television.
Sharad Kelkar expressed, "I am genuinely excited to step back into television after eight years! I’ve been on the lookout for the ideal project, and Tum Se Tum Tak felt like the right fit the moment I heard the storyline. It’s refreshing, distinct, and examines love in a manner we don’t frequently witness on TV.”
“This contemporary love tale defies traditional norms and elegantly demonstrates that when two hearts genuinely connect, age is merely a number,” he added.
The series will showcase the unconventional romance between Anu, a 19-year-old middle-class girl with grand aspirations and strong values, and Aryavardhan, a 46-year-old self-made business mogul known for his discipline and sophistication. Actress Niharika Chouksey has been cast as Anu, opposite Sharad.
Discussing his character, Sharad said: “My role, Aryavardhan, is intricate yet profoundly relatable—he’s accomplished, grounded, and possesses a mature perspective on life, yet love surprises him in the most unforeseen manner. That’s what renders this narrative so exceptional. I’m eager to embody this character and collaborate with such a remarkable cast and crew.”
He further stated: “The atmosphere on set is phenomenal, and I am eager for the audience to embark on this journey with us. I hope they welcome the show with as much affection and enthusiasm as we have while bringing it to life!”
