Mumbai, Sep 1 (NationPress) Shilpa Shetty chose to honor legendary actress Zeenat Aman by recreating her unforgettable look from the film "Haré Rama Haré Krishna", which also featured Dev Anand and Mumtaz.
She was photographed in a vibrant yellow printed co-ord set, sporting flowing hair, trendy sunglasses, and a rudraksh mala around her neck, with another in her hand. A delicate garland made of marigolds adorned her wrist. This classic retro ensemble was famously worn by Aman in her 1971 film, "Haré Rama Haré Krishna".
Shilpa shared a collection of images showcasing her iconic attire on her official Instagram account, stating: "Paying homage to the epitome of grace, glam and timeless fashion, Zeenat Aman ji @thezeenataman thank you for inspiring us with your style and words even today."
The film, directed by Dev Anand, explored the decline of the Hippie culture, with Aman portraying a westernized hippie. The concept is believed to have been inspired by Anand's visit to Kathmandu.
Earlier today, Shilpa also shared a fitness motivation video of herself engaging in high-intensity workouts at the gym. The clip captured her performing bench steps and jumps.
She captioned the video: “Hop, drop, but never stop. Benefits:
• Enhances heart health & stamina
• Increases calorie burn with quick choreographies
• Engages the mind with focus & coordination
• Tones and strengthens legs & hips
• Enjoyable, efficient & can be done anywhere, even at home.
