Mumbai, April 10 (NationPress) On this special occasion of Siblings Day, actress Namrata Shirodkar extended her warm wishes to her sister Shilpa Shirodkar, whom she affectionately referred to as her “favourite person.”
Namrata took to Instagram to share a delightful image of the two sisters, showcasing them standing side by side with radiant smiles.
In the picture, Shilpa dazzled in a beautifully embroidered golden-brown saree, accessorized with stunning gold jewelry that included earrings, a choker necklace, bangles, and a bindi adorning her forehead.

Namrata first met Mahesh Babu in 2000 on the set of their film “Vamsi”, directed by B.Gopal. After dating for a while post-filming, they tied the knot in February 2005 in Mumbai. Presently, they reside in Hyderabad along with their two children – a son and a daughter.
As for Shilpa, she predominantly appeared in films from 1989 to 2000. After a 13-year break from acting, she made her return to the screen with the television series Ek Mutthi Aasmaan in 2013. In 2024, she took part in Bigg Boss 18, where she spent 14 weeks and 3 days in the house.
