Mumbai, December 1 (NationPress) Actress and dancer Sudha Chandran is deeply saddened by the recent passing of the legendary Dharmendra. The iconic actor, who left us on November 24, is profoundly missed by Sudha, who had the privilege of sharing the screen with him many years ago. Today, she commemorated their time together by posting a video from their film Tehelka on her social media, expressing her sorrow.

In her heartfelt message, she wrote, “8 days today... but my heart refuses to accept it. I’m so grateful to have belonged to the era and the film industry where Dharam Ji was, is, and will always be the most handsome ‘he-man’ of India... I feel so honored to have shared screen space with Dharam Sir... love you sir, and it’s incredibly hard to come to terms with this reality... I’ve tried so much, but it’s just impossible.”

The news of Dharmendra's demise shocked the nation, particularly the Bollywood community. On the evening of November 25, his close friend, veteran actor Jeetendra, visited the grieving family to offer condolences. Other stars, including Hrithik Roshan and his father Rakesh Roshan, also visited the Deol family during this difficult time.

Many actors, such as Varun Dhawan, Jackky Bhagnani, Rakul Preet Singh, Ajay Devgn, and Allu Arjun's father, Allu Aravind, were seen at the family home to express their sympathy.

For those who may not know, Dharmendra passed away at the age of 89. He had been on a ventilator in mid-November due to breathing complications but had been discharged from the hospital and returned home for further treatment.
