Mumbai, December 1 (NationPress) – Actress and dancer Sudha Chandran is feeling the weight of sorrow following the passing of legendary actor Dharmendra.

The beloved star, who left us just 8 days ago on November 24, is deeply missed by Sudha, who had the honor of sharing the screen with him years ago. Today, she took to her social media to express her feelings by sharing a nostalgic video clip from her film Tehelka, which featured Dharmendra.

She poignantly wrote, “8 days today...par dil hai ki Manta hi nahi....I feel so fortunate to have been part of an era and industry where Dharam Ji was, is, and will always be known as the most handsome he-man of India... I cherish the time I shared with Dharam Sir... love you, sir, and this reality is so hard to accept... koshish bahut ki par nahi ho raha hai (sic) (Trying hard but it’s just impossible).”

For those unaware, the news of Dharmendra's passing on November 24 sent ripples of grief throughout the nation, particularly in the Bollywood community. On November 25, veteran actor and Dharmendra's close friend for nearly five decades, Jeetendra, visited the grieving family. Fellow stars including Hrithik Roshan, along with his father Rakesh Roshan, also paid their respects to the Deol family during this challenging time.

Other notable actors such as Varun Dhawan, Jackky Bhagnani, Rakul Preet Singh, Ajay Devgn, and Allu Arjun's father, Allu Aravind, were seen offering their condolences as well.

To provide context, superstar Dharmendra passed away at the age of 89. He had been placed on a ventilator in mid-November due to breathing complications but was later discharged and returned home for continued treatment.
