Chennai, Mar 6 (NationPress) Encouraged by the remarkable success of its Hindi adaptation, the creators of the historical war film 'Chhaava' are gearing up to unveil the Telugu version across more than 550 screens in the Telugu states.
Helmed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Maddock Films, 'Chhaava' chronicles the life of the valiant Maratha king Chhatrapati Shambhaji Maharaj. The film features Vicky Kaushal in the lead role as Chhatrapati Shambhaji Maharaj.
The Telugu trailer has amassed close to five million views, signaling the high anticipation surrounding the release of this version.
With a global box office collection nearing Rs. 700 crores, the film is set to debut in Telugu on Friday. It will be released in partnership with the renowned Geetha Arts Distributors, known for distributing numerous hits, across more than 550 screens in the Telugu states.
