Mumbai, July 21 (NationPress) Writer and former actress Twinkle Khanna has unveiled what every introvert secretly desires before heading out. She shared a snapshot of herself effortlessly styled in a purple salwaar kameez, lounging on a couch on her official Instagram page.
In her caption, Twinkle revealed that every introvert secretly wishes for plans to be canceled, even after getting all dressed up.
"Introverts, let’s unite, but separately, so we don’t get overwhelmed. Is it just me, or do you all often get dressed up only to hope the plans fall through? What’s your most unusual excuse for bailing?" she expressed.
Recently, Twinkle gave a comical recount of her first live cricket experience after attending the third Test match between England and India at Lord's with her husband, actor Akshay Kumar.
On Instagram, the 'Mrs Funnybones' author posted a picture from the stands with Akshay. The image captured her enjoying yogurt while affectionately gazing at Akshay, who was sipping from a coffee mug.
Her post also showcased a glimpse of the match at the Lord's Cricket Ground.
“A quick breakfast followed by a long day of cricket—my first time watching 22 men chase one ball to prove they each have two. Cricket truly is a religion, and who knows… I might just become its newest devotee. I genuinely enjoyed all the wickets, runs, and nonstop excitement.(sic)," she captioned the post.
Twinkle and Akshay first crossed paths during a magazine shoot in Mumbai, where Akshay developed an instant crush on her. However, their love blossomed on the sets of Umesh Mehra's 1999 action flick "International Khiladi".
After dating for a while, the couple finally exchanged vows in 2001.
They are now proud parents to two children—son Aarav and daughter Nitara.
