Mumbai, Oct 18 (NationPress) Actor Varun Dhawan is still riding high on the excitement of “Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari” as he showcased his dance moves to the song ‘Perfect’ that was playing on the radio while wishing everyone a Happy Diwali.

In a recent Instagram story, Varun posted a video of himself in his car, joyfully singing along to “Perfect”, which was echoing from the radio.

After belting out a few lines, he enthusiastically stated: “Back in the bay. Perfect is playing on the radio. Perfect time. Sunny Sanskari Happy Diwali (sic).”

Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari is a romantic comedy that has been crafted by writer-director Shashank Khaitan and is produced by Dharma Productions. The film features a talented cast including Varun, Janhvi Kapoor, Sanya Malhotra, Rohit Saraf, Maniesh Paul, and Akshay Oberoi.

The narrative revolves around Ananya and Vikram, who are heartbroken after their respective partners leave them. Sunny and Tulsi then join forces to disrupt the wedding of their exes.

This vibrant track is performed by Guru Randhawa, who adds his unique style to the colorful atmosphere of ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’. The music and lyrics are a collaborative effort by Guru Randhawa, Gill Machhrai, and Rony Ajnali, produced by Dilmaan.

On the horizon, Varun is preparing for the highly anticipated release of his epic war drama “Border 2”, which stars Sunny Deol, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty, set to premiere on January 22, 2026.

Directed by Anurag Singh, Border 2 also features Medha Rana, Mona Singh, and Sonam Bajwa, produced by Bhushan Kumar and JP Dutta.

While the original ‘Border’ chronicled the Battle of Longewala, Border 2 is expected to focus on the Kargil War of 1999. This conflict saw Pakistani troops infiltrate the Line of Control (LoC) and occupy Indian territory, particularly in the Kargil district.

In response, India launched a significant military and diplomatic initiative to remove the Pakistani forces.

This film, helmed by Anurag Singh, serves as a sequel to the 1997 classic “Border”, an epic war film set during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, directed by J. P. Dutta.

The original starred notable actors including Sunny Deol, Suniel Shetty, Jackie Shroff, Akshaye Khanna, Sudesh Berry, Puneet Issar, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Tabu, Raakhee, Pooja Bhatt, and Sharbani Mukherjee.
