In a recent post on his X profile, actor Soori shared a YouTube link to the deleted scene featuring him and actress Bhavani, who plays the female lead.

He captioned it, 'Viduthalai Deleted Scene #1 - Soori & Bhavani's Unseen Conversation!' and provided the link.

This deleted scene includes several humorous moments. It starts with Soori being dropped off on a motorcycle at a mechanic's shop located in a remote village surrounded by forests. In an effort to assist the mechanic working on his jeep, Soori removes his police uniform and begins to help.

As Bhavani, a village girl, wanders by, he offers to return the empty soda bottles he purchased from her grandmother's shop. She teases him, asking, 'Are you a mechanic? I thought you were a cook.' Despite his insistence that he is a policeman, she remains skeptical. He becomes irritated and challenges her, saying, 'You can see me as a cook and a driver but not a cop.' To which she replies, 'In which world does a policeman return the soda bottles he has got?' Soori insists he is simply returning the bottles, leading Bhavani to say, 'Which is why I don’t consider you a policeman.' The scene also includes two other charming and comedic exchanges between Soori and Bhavani.

The 'Viduthalai' series consists of two installments released so far. The first installment, which received widespread acclaim, centered on a constable named Kumaresan (played by Soori), while the second installment focused on the character of a revolutionary leader known as Karuppan or Perumal Vaathiyar (played by Vijay Sethupathi).
