Chennai, Dec 9 (NationPress) Recent speculations in the film industry suggest that the release of director Vignesh Shivan's romantic drama 'Love Insurance Kompany (LIK)' has been delayed once again, now targeting a February release next year.

Sources indicate that the film's producers are aiming for a launch during the Valentine's Day weekend.

However, as of now, there has been no official announcement confirming this delay.

It is noteworthy that this isn’t the first time the film's release has faced postponement. Initially, it was set to premiere on September 18 of this year but was later moved to October 17 in conjunction with Deepavali. Just as it appeared the film would be ready for Deepavali, the producers made the difficult decision to delay again, as actor Pradeep Ranganathan's film 'Dude' also selected that date for its release.

To avoid a clash between the two films featuring actor Pradeep Ranganathan, the team behind 'Love Insurance Kompany (LIK)' shifted its release date to December 18 this year.

Now, it seems the producers have opted once more to push the release to February of next year.

Excitement is building among fans as the film showcases Pradeep Ranganathan, who boasts an impressive track record in the Tamil film industry, with every film he has released thus far achieving success. His latest film, 'Dude', has been a major hit.

For those unfamiliar, 'LIK' is a highly anticipated romantic entertainer, featuring Pradeep Ranganathan and Krithi Shetty in leading roles. The film is produced by actress Nayanthara, who is also the spouse of director Vignesh Shivan.

In April this year, director Vignesh Shivan shared an extensive post detailing the commencement of the film's post-production work. He expressed gratitude to his entire team for their dedication, passion, integrity, and affection for the project.

The film is backed by a remarkable technical crew, including renowned cinematographer Ravivarman and composer Anirudh. The editing is handled by Pradeep Ragav, while action sequences are choreographed by the acclaimed stunt master Peter Hein.
