Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri Unveils Behind-the-Scenes Insights for ‘The Delhi Files’

Mumbai, Dec 30 (NationPress) Director Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, celebrated for his works like ‘The Kashmir Files’, ‘The Tashkent Files’, and ‘The Vaccine War’, has offered fans an exclusive glimpse into the production of his forthcoming film, ‘The Delhi Files’.
In a recent social media post, Vivek shared a captivating behind-the-scenes (BTS) video that has ignited enthusiasm among his followers, all keen to discover what the director has in store for this new endeavor.
Accompanying the video, he stated, “Every frame, every story, every detail, crafted with passion, dedication, and tireless effort by our team working day and night to unveil the untold truth of the Hindu genocide. This is more than just a film; it’s a mission to amplify the voices of those who have been silenced. #TheDelhiFiles is set to release on 15 August 2025.
The video showcases the dynamic atmosphere on set, highlighting the director in action, actors fully engaged in their roles, and the crew diligently working to bring the narrative to life. The level of commitment and meticulous attention to detail that leads to cinematic excellence will be evident to audiences when the film premieres.
The footage features him preparing his team, managing the equipment, and orchestrating the shots as the film's journey unfolds.
‘The Delhi Files: The Bengal Chapter’ is directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri and co-produced by Abhishek Agarwal and Pallavi Joshi.
The project commenced filming in November, with the director previously sharing updates with his audience. For this film, Vivek has undertaken extensive research, traveling from Kerala to Kolkata to Delhi to gather essential information.
Previously, he visited Gandhi’s Ashram and shared images from his experience on social media.
He delved deep into literature, studying over 100 books and more than 200 articles linked to the historical events that underpin his film. Along with his team, he journeyed through 20 states for research, examining over 7000 research pages and more than 1000 archival articles beyond books.
The film is being presented by Tej Narayan Agarwal and I Am Buddha productions, and is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on August 15, 2025, coinciding with Independence Day.
