Chennai, July 4 (NationPress) One of the leading producers in the Tamil film industry, Yuvaraj Ganesan, has publicly extended an offer to director Shanmugha Priyan, whose latest film 'Love Marriage' has achieved remarkable success. He stated that if the director provides a script promptly, they could collaborate on a new film under his production banner.
Yuvaraj Ganesan, whose production company Million Dollar Studios has been thriving with three consecutive hits—'Lover', 'Good Night', and 'Tourist Family'—attended the thanksgiving event for 'Love Marriage', which stars Vikram Prabhu, Sushmitha Bhat, and Meenakshi.
During his address, the producer praised the entire film crew and concluded with an open invitation to Shanmugha Priyan, stating, "If you quickly provide me with a script, we can produce your next film. Are you on board?"
In response, Shanmugha Priyan expressed gratitude to Yuvaraj Ganesan for his unwavering support, acknowledging that the producer's previous film, 'Tourist Family', garnered over 91 crores. He remarked, "I aspire to create a film that achieves similar success for you."
He also took a moment to thank the cast and crew of 'Love Marriage' and the media for their backing.
According to Shanmugha Priyan, "When I envisioned my first film as a family drama, we settled on this storyline. It revolves around a man who intends to marry the older sister but ultimately weds the younger one. I was initially concerned about how to convey this to the audience, but my director Ra Karthick insisted on beautifully showcasing our female characters and was confident we could achieve that in this film as well."
He also revealed that they intentionally featured only one heroine during promotions to keep the audience intrigued about the plot.
"I informed actress Sushmitha that she would appear in the first half but not in the second, and that she would participate in the promotions. I told Meenakshi she would be absent in the first half but featured in the second half, and that she wouldn’t be part of the promotional activities," he stated with a grin.
