A L M Fazlur Rahman, a former Director General of the Bangladesh Rifles (BDR), has stirred diplomatic tensions with a provocative social media statement suggesting that Bangladesh should partner with China to take control of India's northeastern states in the event that India strikes Pakistan following the recent Pahalgam terror incident.
