New Delhi, Sep 17 (NationPress) Currently, the bilateral trade between India and Egypt is approximately $5 billion. However, both countries are striving to increase this figure to $12 billion, as stated by Kamel Zayed Kamel Galal, Egypt’s Ambassador to India, on Wednesday.

In a special conversation with IANS, he noted that this growth would not only alleviate economic challenges but also provide renewed energy to both economies.

“The current bilateral trade is around $5 billion, and we are working collaboratively with the aim of reaching $12 billion,” the ambassador mentioned to IANS.
