Doha, June 23 (NationPress) The Ministry of Defence of Qatar reported on Monday that Iran's retaliatory strike against US military bases within the nation did not lead to any casualties or injuries among civilians or military personnel.
“Thanks to God, the alertness of our armed forces, and the preventive measures implemented, the occurrence resulted in no fatalities or injuries,” stated the Defence Ministry.
The Ministry highlighted that Qatari air defense systems successfully intercepted a missile aimed at Al-Udeid Air Base.
Furthermore, the ministry reassured that the airspace and land of Qatar remain secure, with the Qatari armed forces prepared to respond to any potential threats.
