Israeli Naval Forces Launch Offensive Against Syrian Fleet

Jerusalem, Dec 10 (NationPress) The Israeli military declared on Tuesday that its navy executed a substantial operation to eliminate the fleet linked to the former Bashar al-Assad regime.
The military strikes successfully destroyed numerous vessels equipped with sea-to-sea missiles in Mina al-Bayda Bay and the port of Latakia along the Syrian coastline during an overnight assault from Monday to Tuesday.
This operation was conducted to prevent the fleet's armaments from falling into the hands of adversaries, as reported by the Xinhua news agency.
In a related effort, the Israeli Air Force has executed approximately 250 airstrikes in Syria following the downfall of Assad’s government.
Israeli officials indicated that these strikes were aimed at neutralizing advanced weaponry that could pose a threat to Israel.
