Myanmar Sees Registration Surge with 220,000 Students for Upcoming Matriculation Exam

Yangon, Dec 9 (NationPress) Approximately 220,000 students have signed up for the nationwide matriculation examination in Myanmar for the academic year 2024-2025, as reported by state-run media on Monday.
The number of students registering for the examination this year has shown an increase compared to the previous academic year, according to reports from Xinhua, citing Myanmar Radio and Television (MRTV).
In the previous academic year of 2023-2024, over 120,000 students participated in the exam, with more than 74,000 successfully passing.
The nationwide matriculation exam for the 2024-2025 academic year is scheduled to take place from March 17 to March 22, 2025, as per the Department of Myanmar Examinations.
