During a recent press briefing at the White House, Trump indicated that his discourse in Davos would emphasize economic success and national resilience. “I’ll be discussing the remarkable progress we’ve made in just one year,” he stated. “We are the most prosperous country globally.”

Trump pointed out that numerous nations are grappling with self-created challenges, specifically citing energy deficiencies and migration strains in Europe. “They are in dire need of energy assistance,” he remarked. “They require urgent immigration support.”

He criticized policies surrounding renewable energy, particularly those promoting wind power, claiming they are detrimental to growth and security. He urged nations to depend more on their domestic energy resources, stating, “They will undermine their own future with the current windmill approach.”

The president connected energy strategies with overall economic health, asserting that reduced energy prices contribute to lower costs across the economy. He reiterated the decline in fuel prices in the United States and stated that robust energy production is a key driver of economic expansion.

Trump also expressed intentions to discuss trade and investment, asserting that tariffs and strategic pressures have successfully brought manufacturing and investment back to the U.S. He claimed that foreign leaders are increasingly seeking insights from Washington.
