Hanoi, April 6 (NationPress) The inaugural session of Vietnam's 16th National Assembly (NA) commenced on Monday morning in the heart of Hanoi.
During the opening ceremony, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee, To Lam, emphasized that this session will prioritize the implementation of resolutions from the 14th National Congress of the CPV. It aims to establish a robust legal and institutional framework to drive the nation's progress.
Lam expressed optimism that the 16th NA, serving from 2026 to 2031, will rise to the significant responsibilities assigned by the party, the state, and the populace.
