Imphal, June 17 (NationPress) Fourteen additional individuals across three districts have tested positive for Covid-19, raising the total number of cases in Manipur to 34, according to health authorities.

The state’s health department reported that eight individuals in the Imphal West district were confirmed to have COVID-19, while three individuals in both Imphal East and Bishnupur districts were also affected.

As per the officials, the cumulative count of positive cases on Tuesday includes 22 cases in Imphal West, six cases in Imphal East, four cases in Bishnupur, and one case each in Thoubal and Kakching districts. All five districts are located in the Imphal valley region.
