“Following the cancellation of visas, no Pakistani individual will remain in Bihar. The orders from the Government of India, prompted by the recent Pahalgam terror attack, will be enforced rigorously,” he stated.

He pointed out that Pakistani nationals residing in Bihar have been identified and instructed: “They are required to leave India within 48 hours, with the deadline concluding tomorrow, April 27. If necessary, they will be forcibly deported. Once the visas are canceled, there is no avenue for any Pakistani to stay here. Strict measures will be taken against those who do not comply.”

The Patna district administration has reported that currently, there are 27 Pakistani nationals in Bihar. Notices have been issued to them to vacate the country by April 27.

Choudhary characterized the Pahalgam terror incident as ‘an assault on India’ and affirmed the nation's unity in sorrow and indignation, urging political leaders to refrain from politicizing the matter.

Reiterating Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s commitment, he remarked: "When Prime Minister Modi has made a strong vow to Bihar to eliminate the masterminds behind anti-national elements, the state will support him at every turn."

He also mentioned: "If Pakistan, instead of acknowledging its sinister involvement in the Pahalgam event, has revoked the Shimla Agreement and adopted a confrontational approach, that is favorable. Now India will seek retribution by entering their territory."
