“Bihar has forged a unique identity as the heartland of the Magadha Empire. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the state is reclaiming its historic prominence and re-emerging as a vital engine of holistic development and innovation,” said Lt Governor Manoj Sinha.
The Lt Governor also highlighted Bihar’s unparalleled contributions to India’s industrial and educational sectors, as well as its significant impact on architecture, music, art, and literary traditions.
“I hope that this blessed land, known for its rich cultural diversity and illustrious historical legacy, continues to thrive on the path of progress,” stated Manoj Sinha.
The Jammu and Kashmir region has been hosting various cultural celebrations to honor the foundation days of states such as Kerala, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Chandigarh, Puducherry, Delhi, Lakshadweep, and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
