Patna, Feb 10 (NationPress) Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s interactive session ‘Exam Pe Charcha’ garnered immense appreciation from students throughout Bihar on Monday.
The initiative, targeted at alleviating exam-related anxiety among students, was viewed by millions of students and parents nationwide.
Atif Akhtar, a Class 9 student, commended PM Modi’s insights on exam pressure and the significance of maintaining a positive mindset.
"What resonated with me the most was when the Prime Minister stated that students should never be overwhelmed by stress. Many children falter due to the fear of what their parents, family, or teachers will think if they do not succeed. This anxiety hampers their performance,” Akhtar expressed.
He analogized exam tension to playing a sports match, stating, "When a batsman is at play, the crowd cheers for a six or a four, yet he remains focused. If he begins to ponder everyone’s expectations, he risks being dismissed. The same principle applies to students. They must not allow pressure to divert their attention."
He further stressed that grades aren't everything, noting that students scoring below 90 or 85 percent can also achieve successful futures.
PM Modi also emphasized the significance of a nutritious diet, encouraging students to steer clear of junk food and opt for traditional Indian meals akin to those consumed by farmers.
Atif echoed this sentiment, stating, "The Prime Minister is correct. Fast food is detrimental to health. Our diet should mirror that of farmers - it keeps us robust and healthy."
PM Modi highlighted the benefits of meditation, explaining that it aids students in maintaining focus on their studies and sidestepping distractions.
Zeenat, a Class 8 student, valued PM Modi’s message about balancing education with enjoyment.
"The most valuable lesson I took away was that life should be cherished at every turn. One shouldn’t stress excessively about exams. Parents should also recognize their children’s interests instead of compelling them to study in isolation,” Zeenat remarked.
She underscored the necessity for students not to be overloaded and to have time for their passions. PM Modi’s ‘Exam Pe Charcha’ continues to motivate students by tackling their issues in a friendly and relatable way.
His guidance on stress management, healthy eating, meditation, and enjoying life resonated profoundly with students in Bihar, encouraging them to face exams with confidence and positivity.
