Hyderabad, Oct 15 (NationPress) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) declared Lankala Deepak Reddy as its candidate for the upcoming by-election for the Jubilee Hills Assembly seat in Telangana on Wednesday.
The party's Central Election Committee has approved Deepak Reddy's name from a shortlist of three suggested by the state unit.
The candidates put forward were Deepak Reddy, Juturu Keerthi Reddy, and Veerapaneni Padma, who were recommended to the central party leadership.
This will mark Deepak Reddy's second consecutive election as the BJP candidate for Jubilee Hills, having previously finished third in the 2023 elections.
