Patna, Jan 20 (NationPress) Nitin Nabin has made history by being elected as the BJP's National President during the organizational event 'Sangathan Parv' at the party's headquarters in New Delhi, becoming the youngest individual to occupy this prestigious position. His uncle, Teni, reminisced about fond memories from Nitin's childhood and disclosed his endearing nickname.
In an interview with IANS, Teni expressed his deep involvement in Nitin Nabin's early life. “I have cared for him since he was a child. I took him to school every day. He is a wonderful person who loves me as if I were his father,” he remarked.
Reflecting on Nitin's younger days, Teni shared that he was passionate about cricket and was quite slender as a child.
“He was very thin and weak in his early years. I would carry him on my shoulders, and he would indulge in his favorite foods. At home, I affectionately called him ‘Neetu’,” he added with a smile.
Teni emphasized Nitin Nabin's humble and amiable character, noting that his demeanor has not changed despite his political triumphs. “He is very approachable. Even if someone visits him at 2 a.m., he ensures they meet him. No one leaves without an audience. He takes care of everyone,” he stated.
Additionally, he mentioned Nitin's profound respect for elders. “Whenever he visits home, he touches our feet. He has a kind heart. His wife is also very caring and looks after me,” Teni remarked.
Expressing immense pride in his nephew's accomplishment, Teni stated, “I am incredibly happy today. From the start, I believed he would become the king of Bihar or achieve even greater things. My belief has come true; he has become an extraordinary person.”
Earlier that day, Nitin Nabin was formally announced as the BJP National President, marking his place in history as the youngest to hold this title.
