The situation is under vigilant observation."
The DGP also urged the public to remain calm and cooperate with law enforcement to ensure safety and assist in the investigation. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi voiced significant concern over the threats directed at district-level courts in Cuttack, Sambalpur, and Deogarh.
According to a statement from the Chief Minister's Office (CMO), CM Majhi has instructed senior officials to verify the authenticity of the threats by conducting an extensive investigation.
Additionally, the Chief Minister held critical discussions with the Chief Secretary, the Additional Chief Secretary of the Home Department, and the DGP, asking them to monitor the situation closely and identify those responsible for the threatening emails.
"This incident must be taken with utmost seriousness and thoroughly investigated," CM Majhi emphasized.
Officials were instructed to visit the affected locations to gather comprehensive details and understand the motives behind such threats.
A high-level meeting will be convened later today, where the Chief Minister intends to review the incident in detail.
