Celebrating 9 Years of Sugamya Bharat Abhiyan: A Heartfelt Moment with PM Modi and Gujarat's Diya Gosai

New Delhi, Dec 3 (NationPress) As Sugamya Bharat Abhiyan celebrates its ninth anniversary on Tuesday, the Modi Archive shared a touching story of Diya Gosai, a differently abled individual, and her heartfelt gesture towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The Modi Archive recounts the life experiences of PM Narendra Modi through a collection of archival images, videos, audio clips, letters, newspaper articles, and various other materials.
In a recent video posted on X, 20-year-old Diya Gosai was filled with excitement upon seeing an emblem on the envelope— it was a letter from the Prime Minister's Office. Overwhelmed with feelings, she began to read the letter.
The letter started with, "It was an indescribable joy to receive the beautiful picture gift from you during the Vadodara roadshow," penned by the Prime Minister.
The video transports viewers back to Vadodara on October 28. Amidst the crowd, with her heart racing, Diya held out her sketches—one depicting PM Modi and the other showcasing Spanish PM Sánchez—hoping they would notice her creations. And they did.
Both leaders stepped out of their vehicle and approached her to accept her artwork.
The Prime Minister expressed his hopes that she would continue to contribute to fine arts with unwavering dedication. He also conveyed his warm wishes to her family for Diwali and the Vikram Samvat New Year. Diya's heart swelled with pride as she absorbed his encouraging words.
"I am confident that our youth will play a leading role in building a Viksit Bharat," PM Modi wrote to Diya.
"I feel immense pride in being a small contributor, a humble part of our nation’s journey," she said, her voice brimming with joy and emotion.
The post concluded with the hashtag #9YearsOfSugamyaBharat.
