Mumbai, March 11 (NationPress) Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis announced on Tuesday that information from all government departments will soon be accessible to the public via the CM Dashboard. This will encompass details related to courts, RERA, and law and order.
Chief Minister Fadnavis has mandated that alongside the services of 34 departmental websites incorporated in the 'S3WaaS' (Secure, Scalable & Sugamya Website as a Service) framework, all government departments must be unified within this official IT platform.
On Tuesday, Fadnavis unveiled the CM Dashboard website and the 'S3WaaS' information system.
The Chief Minister remarked that the CM Dashboard should function as a singular platform for citizens to obtain real-time information regarding government schemes.
“The website ought to offer policy specifics, progress reports, current updates, and information on both central and state government schemes, including direct financial benefit schemes. Citizens should not have to navigate multiple websites for information. Furthermore, updates concerning the courts, law and order information, and RERA-related data should also be accessible on the dashboard.
“Shortly, the public will have the ability to access extensive government department information at https://cmdashboard.maharashtra.gov.in. This website will be user-friendly for differently-abled individuals and will also feature Right to Information (RTI) details,” he added.
The Chief Minister underscored that the National Informatics Centre's 'S3WaaS' system, currently integrating 34 departmental websites, should be broadened to encompass additional government departments.
The platform is exceptionally secure and provides seamless access in one location. Citizens will find it easy to use on both smartphones and computers.
Principal Secretary of the IT Department, Parag Jain-Nainutia, stated that continuous updates and improvements are being implemented for both the CM Dashboard and 'S3WaaS' systems.
