A community welfare committee's digital footprint just got official backing from the highest office in Uttarakhand. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Sunday, August 9, 2026, launched the website and the Kshatriya Jagran Smarika (Kshatriya Awakening Souvenir) of the Uttarakhand Kshatriya Kalyan Samiti, Dehradun, at his official residence in the state capital.

Dhami praised the committee's ongoing social work, saying it is playing 'an important role in creating public awareness and reaching assistance to those in need.' He underlined that inclusive progress — bringing every section of society together — can give the state a new direction.

The Chief Minister also called on the committee's office-bearers and members to pay special attention to children's education, provide better opportunities, and encourage young people to advance across diverse fields. He stressed that instilling sanskar (values), discipline, and a sense of social responsibility in children is equally essential, 'so that they can contribute to the building of society and the nation.'

Dhami's appeal to young people was direct: actively participate in social work and contribute to Uttarakhand's development.
