Kurnool, Oct 16 (NationPress) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu expressed his unwavering belief that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is poised to dominate the forthcoming Assembly elections in Bihar.
He further stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's victorious journey would continue unabated.
"We are completely assured that the NDA will triumph in Bihar and that PM Modi's momentum will persist," the President of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) remarked while sharing the stage with Prime Minister Modi at a public gathering in Nannuru village located in Kurnool district.
CM Naidu, who spearheads the TDP-led NDA administration in Andhra Pradesh and plays a pivotal role in the BJP-led NDA government at the national level, astonished attendees by delivering brief statements in Hindi from a prepared script.
The Chief Minister emphasized that PM Modi's success in every election signifies a win for India. "This will be a victory for all of us," he conveyed to the crowd.
He also sought blessings from Srisailam Bramarambha Mallkarjuna Swamy to empower PM Modi in advancing the nation's development and realizing the vision of 'Viksit Bharat'.
CM Naidu remarked that Andhra Pradesh is reaping dual benefits under the NDA's dual-engine governance both in the state and at the national level. He asserted that the state is attracting record investments with PM Modi's backing.
He commended PM Modi for making crucial decisions to accelerate the country's growth through the GST 2.0 reforms.
The Chief Minister noted that India, which ranked 11th among the world's largest economies a decade ago, has now ascended to the fourth position, expressing confidence that India will achieve superpower status by 2047.
He also pointed out that through Operation Sindhur, India has showcased its military prowess on the global stage.
He explained that recent GST reforms have incorporated 99% of goods into the tax brackets of zero to 5%, providing substantial relief to the poor and middle-class, as well as benefiting traders and MSMEs.
He claimed that with these reforms, every household could save up to Rs 15,000 annually. He shared that the celebration of GST reforms is akin to a festival from Dussehra to Diwali. As part of the state government's GST awareness initiative, 98,000 events were organized.
CM Naidu stated that in response to PM Modi's call for Swadeshi, efforts are underway to manufacture everything from semiconductors to satellites and from chips to ships locally.
He remarked that the contributions made by Prime Minister Modi to the state over the past 16 months are unforgettable. With the Centre's assistance, work on Amaravati was resumed, the Polavaram project was revitalized, and the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant was reinforced.
