Speaking at the camp, CM Sai said the government's goal is to ensure that the benefits of every scheme reach the last person, and to solve problems by going directly to villages. 'सरकार का लक्ष्य हर गांव तक विकास, हर परिवार तक सुविधा और हर युवा को अवसर उपलब्ध कराना है' — 'The government's goal is development for every village, facilities for every family, and opportunity for every youth,' he stated. The Samadhan Shivir model brings government departments physically to citizens rather than requiring citizens to travel to administrative offices.
