In Hindi, Sharma told the gathering: 'Karyakarta kisi bhi sangathan ki sabse badi shakti hote hain' — 'Workers are the greatest strength of any organisation.' He framed the nikay (urban local body) result not as a leadership achievement but as a direct reward for cadre-level door-to-door connect, a deliberate signal to a base he will need again soon.
