According to the proposed schedule, CM Vijay will first inaugurate the 'Thai Maman Gold Ring' programme at Government Rajaji Hospital at 12.30 pm. The scheme, designed to benefit babies born in government hospitals, was originally slated to be launched in Usilampatti but has since been relocated to Madurai. Authorities have not publicly explained the reason for the change of venue.

At 1 pm, the Chief Minister is expected to open the renovated Gandhi Museum. Later in the afternoon, at around 4.30 pm, he reportedly plans to visit the Meenakshi Amman Temple, though the temple stop and its exact timing have yet to be formally confirmed by officials.

Police from Madurai and surrounding districts are expected to be deployed to manage crowds, regulate movement, and secure routes between the venues. Officers are reviewing security along the route from Madurai Airport to Government Rajaji Hospital and around the temple, where a large turnout of devotees is anticipated.
