During the session, Deepika recounted her childhood, highlighting her strong passion for sports and extracurricular activities.

"I was quite the mischievous child. Even now, my parents say you won’t find Deepika at ground level. I was always leaping from sofas, tables, and chairs. My interests lay more in extracurricular activities," she reflected.

Deepika expressed her appreciation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, thanking him for emphasizing students' mental wellness through 'Pariksha Pe Charcha.'

In her address to students regarding stress management and handling pressures from educators and parents, she advised, "Concentrate on what you can control. Discuss your stress with your parents and teachers, pinpoint its source, and share it with someone you trust." She also recommended meditation and physical exercise as effective methods to manage stress.

Deepika stressed that making errors is a part of the learning process and underlined the significance of enjoyment, relaxation, and exposure to natural sunlight.

In an interactive segment, she facilitated an activity where students documented their strengths on papers and showcased them on a board.

"This exercise allows you to recognize that focusing on your strengths instead of your weaknesses reveals how many things you excel at," she remarked.

Adding a playful touch to the session, Deepika engaged in various games with the students.

On Tuesday, she shared a video on Instagram announcing her involvement in Pariksha Pe Charcha. She emphasized the importance of mental well-being in education and expressed her enthusiasm for the episode.

She took to social media to commend PM Modi's initiatives in assisting students with stress and pressure.

"Pariksha Pe Charcha is back for its 8th edition! This time, we'll also focus on the importance of mental health. Thank you, Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi, for your dedication to this cause. I eagerly await the launch of our episode," she posted.

Deepika, who has openly discussed her battles with depression, reaffirmed her commitment to mental health awareness.

"I wish to express my gratitude to our Prime Minister Narendra Modi for providing us with this platform to emerge as warriors, not worriers. I wish all of you the very best," she stated.
