During the meeting, BJP National Co-Organisation General Secretary Shiv Prakash announced that starting on March 7, the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Training Mega Campaign 2026 will be launched across the nation, emphasizing the goal “Capable Workers, Empowered Organisation.”
Shiv Prakash detailed the significance of training and the organization’s expectations from its workforce to 132 selected participants from various categories.
In addition to Shiv Prakash, various speakers at the meeting included Sachdeva, Devender Kumar Manial, Pavan Rana, Ajay Mahawar, and Kamaljeet Sehrawat, along with training team members Sumeet Bhasin, Punit Agrawal, Rajkumar Sharma, and Kajal Pawar.
The BJP has outlined training programs covering 14 subjects, appointing subject heads for each. These heads will attend the North-West States Subject Heads’ Training Camp in Chandigarh on Monday, as stated in a recent announcement.
Delhi BJP President indicated that, as per the central team’s strategy, training camps for workers will occur in all 256 organizational mandals of Delhi from March 7 to April 14, followed by district-level and state-level training sessions.
In a related event, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta inaugurated a statue of Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar, the initial Sarsanghchalak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), at the Dr. Hedgewar Arogya Sansthan in Shahdara.
While addressing attendees, the Chief Minister remarked that the vision and mission initiated by Dr. Hedgewar have transformed into a robust and expansive organization committed to serving the nation.
Her statement highlighted that Dr. Hedgewar's method of organizing society through character development has established a solid foundation for India’s cultural awakening.
She emphasized that the statue at the institute serves not just as a memorial but as a continual source of inspiration, embodying the essence of service, dedication, and the principle of ‘Nation First’.
