He highlighted that the 2025 theme, Yoga for One Earth, One Health, serves as a reminder that genuine wellness initiates from within and radiates outward, nurturing healthier communities and a more empathetic universe. Let’s embrace yoga and progress towards a healthy planet for everyone.

Speaker Gupta addressed an International Yoga Day event organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and stressed the significance of yoga in today’s rapid-paced society.

He described yoga as an essential tool for fostering mental clarity, emotional stability, and spiritual strength — crucial components for professionals, particularly Chartered Accountants managing demanding tasks and intricate responsibilities.

Gupta asserted that engaging in yoga cultivates unity, guiding individuals to lead more intentional, balanced lives that align with ethical principles.

The celebration was attended by Charanjot Singh Nanda, the president of ICAI.
