Lucknow, Oct 11 (NationPress) Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath of Uttar Pradesh (UP) has reiterated his administration's pledge to elevate the state into a developed area, in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of a “Developed India” by 2047.
During a recent public gathering, the Chief Minister highlighted that the state, once deemed “sick,” has witnessed remarkable progress over the last eight years under the dual leadership of the BJP at both the state and national levels.
“Our commitment is unwavering. We are determined to transform Uttar Pradesh into a developed state,” he asserted.
“A developed state signifies that every individual has employment, every family has shelter, every farm has irrigation, all citizens are content, and both daughters and entrepreneurs feel secure.”
He acknowledged the government’s relentless initiatives in safeguarding cultural heritage while advancing sectors like infrastructure, education, agriculture, and industry.
“The signs of development are evident in every domain,” he remarked, adding that Uttar Pradesh is on track to become a pivotal contributor to India’s economic ascent.
The Chief Minister also presented a comprehensive strategy extending to 2047, the year when India will commemorate its centenary of independence.
“What type of India do we envision at that time? A developed India is the goal of the Prime Minister,” he expressed.
He also underlined the necessity of grassroots advancements, emphasizing that the journey to a developed Uttar Pradesh must initiate with substantial investments in educational institutions.
