Raipur/New Delhi, July 3 (NationPress) Dr. Shekhar Dutt, the former Governor of Chhattisgarh and ex-Defence Secretary of India, passed away on July 2 at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi, after a prolonged illness. He was 80 years old. His last rites are set to take place in the national capital on Thursday.
